Breakfast: CEREAL for adults and kids, oatmeal, pancake mix, syrup, grits, corned beef hash, yogurt

Canned protein: chicken, tuna

Frozen: Green beans, pineapple, mixed vegetables, fruit

Canned items: green beans, mixed vegetables, corn, beets, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, carrots, diced potatoes, peas, spaghetti sauce, peanut butter, sliced mangos, sliced peaches, mandarin oranges

Soups: vegetable beef (Chunky), Progresso (mixed varieties), cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, ramen noodles, chicken broth, beef broth, cup of noodles, tomato

Grains/Pasta: white rice, egg noodles, brown rice, elbow pasta, spaghetti noodles, tuna skillet mix, lasagna skillet mix, scalloped potatoes, protein pasta

Spices/Condiments: mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, ketchup, black pepper

Each family, based on household size, may select a specific number of items from each category for their SHINE Pantry shopping list, as supplies are available.

Poquoson and lower York County residents who are unable to participate in the morning distribution may preregister on a waitlist for later pick-up at 12:30 – 1 pm (only available, as supplies are available at noon) by calling the church office Mon – Wed 8 am – 2 pm the week of the distribution. NO CALLS ON DISTRIBUTION DAY.

Deliveries (within Poquoson only) may be requested in advance for special circumstances such as medical or transportation and are subject to availability of volunteer drivers. NO CALLS ON DISTRIBUTION DAY.

Any remaining items will be made available to those who did not attend that month’s mobile distribution, first come, first served, at the next available SHINE Pantry. On pantry day, these items may not be reserved in advance or picked up later.
